Download a complete copy of all your data stored in Mrs. Nudgely. The export includes your profile, transactions, documents, deadlines, correspondence, calendar events, and vault file metadata.
Your data belongs to you. This export contains everything Mrs. Nudgely knows about you and your transactions, delivered as a JSON file you can open in any text editor or data tool.
Your invoices are generated after each transaction closes and are due within 30 days. Payments are processed via PayPal with debit or credit card.
⚠️ Important: You cannot start a new transaction if you have an outstanding balance. Please ensure all invoices are paid on time to maintain uninterrupted service.

If your account has no transactions for 30 consecutive days, a $20 monthly fee will be charged to cover vault and signing platform ongoing expenses.
This fee is applied on the 31st day of inactivity and continues monthly until a transaction closes or your account is cancelled.
💡 Keep your account active: Close a transaction within 30 days to avoid the inactivity fee. You can always start a new transaction or pause your account.
