2. Artificial Intelligence & Data Processing

AI Processing Disclosure

Mrs. Nudgely is an artificial intelligence system that coordinates real estate transactions on your behalf. When you use our service, our AI processes your transaction data to:

• Extract key information from uploaded contracts and documents (addresses, dates, parties, terms)
• Track deadlines and generate timely reminders
• Draft correspondence, checklists, and coordination documents
• Analyze transaction status and suggest next steps
• Coordinate communication between parties to the transaction

All AI processing is performed solely to deliver the services you have requested. Mrs. Nudgely always identifies itself as an AI system in every interaction, in accordance with our governing Constitution.

No Model Training on Your Data

Your data is never used to train AI models — not ours, not our AI provider’s, and not any third party’s. Your transaction documents, personal information, and usage data exist only to serve your transactions. Period.

How Your Data Flows

When you use Mrs. Nudgely, your data follows a controlled path:

• Upload: You upload a contract or enter transaction details
• Extraction: Our AI reads the document and extracts relevant data points (names, dates, addresses, terms)
• Storage: Extracted data is stored in our encrypted database; original documents are stored in your private encrypted vault (Arkeio)
• Use: Data is used only for that specific transaction — deadline tracking, correspondence, checklist management
• Retention: Transaction records are retained per real estate industry standards; you can request deletion at any time (subject to legal retention requirements)

Third-Party AI Services

We use Anthropic’s Claude API for conversation processing and document analysis. Anthropic’s data handling policy states that they do not train their models on data submitted through their API. No other third-party AI services have access to your data. We do not use OpenAI, Google AI, or any other external AI provider.

AI Decision-Making & Human Oversight

Mrs. Nudgely generates suggestions, drafts documents, and manages workflow — but she does not make binding decisions on your behalf. Important points:

• All AI-generated documents are presented for your review before any action is taken
• You (the real estate agent) can override, modify, or reject any AI suggestion at any time
• Mrs. Nudgely will never execute a binding legal action without explicit human authorization
• Critical deadlines and compliance matters always include human-readable explanations

Your Data Ownership

You own your data completely. At any time, you may:

• Export: Download all your data (profile, transactions, documents, correspondence, calendar events) as a structured file from your account settings
• Delete: Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data
• Review: Access and review all data Mrs. Nudgely has stored about you and your transactions

AI Transparency

Mrs. Nudgely always identifies as an AI system. She will never impersonate a human or conceal her nature. This is a non-negotiable principle codified in Article 8 of the StellarClose Constitution. If you ever interact with Mrs. Nudgely — by chat, phone, email, or any other channel — she will make her AI identity clear.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain our services
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send administrative information and updates
• Respond to inquiries and offer support
• Improve our products and develop new features
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns
• Protect against fraudulent or unauthorized activity

Transaction records are retained for 7 years per real estate industry standards.
