Our Values
StellarClose LLC is a small company. One person, a handful of products, and a clear idea of how software should treat the people who use it. This is who we are.
We Are
StellarClose LLC. We build software that enhances life. Tools for business, marketing, creativity, relationships, self-reflection, communication, and fun. We're small — just me, honestly — and I like it that way. Every decision goes through one filter: can this genuinely add quality to the life of the person who is using it?
If I can't answer that clearly, it doesn't ship.
What We Believe
We will never sell your data.
Your information lives on our servers — encrypted — and stays there. No data brokers. No "anonymized" selling. No third-party ad targeting. Never means never. NEVER.
We build for outcomes, not engagement.
Before anything gets built, I ask: "What's the real desired outcome for the person using this?" If the answer is "they spend more time on our platform" — that's not good enough. The answer has to be better than that. A shorter workday. A stronger business. Less stress. A laugh. Creative encouragement. Thoughtful processing. A positive outcome. That's it.
You can leave whenever you want.
Cancel any subscription in one click. No guilt trips. No "are you sure?" screens. No retention tricks. If you want to go, you go. I'd rather earn your loyalty than trap you into it. We make cancellation easy to find. Look for it in the footer of our product pages.
When you're talking to AI, you'll know it.
We label AI-generated content clearly. Every AI character, every automated response, every generated suggestion — labeled. No pretending software is a person. No deepfakes. You always know what you're interacting with.
Your data is encrypted and protected.
Encrypted in transit and at rest. If we ever change how we handle your information, you'll hear about it within 24 hours of confirming the change. If there's a security breach, same thing — within 24 hours of confirming the issue, not when we get around to it.
Accessibility is how we build.
Our products should work for everyone — keyboard users, screen reader users, people with visual or motor disabilities. We work toward WCAG 2.1 AA standards. That's ongoing work, not a finished checkbox. If something doesn't work for you, let us know and we'll do our best to fix it. We may ask for permission to contact you for your thoughts.
Hate has no place here.
Any community features we build will have clear moderation standards. Targeting people — based on identity, background, or anything else — means removal. That's not complicated. It's a choice.
We Punch Up, Not Down
Humor matters to me. It's part of everything we make. But there's a line, and it's not subtle.
We joke about
Systems that over-complicate things. Market absurdity. Broken processes. Technology that doesn't work. Industry chaos. Our own mistakes. Dissatisfaction — personal and at work.
We never joke about
Anyone's intelligence. Anyone's competence. Anyone's identity, background, or circumstances. Our competitors.
How We Build
Before anything launches, it goes through five questions:
1. Does this solve a real problem?
2. Could someone use this to harm or manipulate?
3. Can people with disabilities use this?
4. Can people cancel easily?
5. Is the positive outcome worth the complexity?
If any answer isn't clear, it goes back to the drawing board.
Questions? Feedback?
This is a small company. When you write to us, you're writing to me.
